(Okay, I want Kris, Wes, and Link. Any one or combination will do, and others can join... I just really want to roleplay with you dudes. ESPECIALLY YOU, LINK! I KNOW YOU'RE IGNORING ME! DX )

"Don't rumble at me like that." Jake told the automation. "I just want to make sure that you're going to be in good shape while we're away." He was doing yet another in depth diagnostic while taking a break from all the weapon orders that they were making him do in preparation for the things to come.
Agamemnon rumbled again.
"I know I look over you all the time, but I'm going to be gone for who-knows how long!"
Agamemnon's rumbling dropped an octave.
"I'll be fine. I don't like leaving without you any more than you do." When the rumbling didn't stop, Jake added: "You'll have Ty for company!"
The automation's snort conveyed its opinion well.

Kris walked up to Jake eating a cookie. (yay cookies!) "Hey Jake, how's the weapons coming along? You got any that need testing out or anything?" She spoke with a mouth full of cookie and was barely understandable. She didn't even realize that Aggie was there... which is weird considering he is huge... But I guess the cookie really had her occupied.

Agamemnon quickly straightened up as Kris walked in, nearly knocking Jake off. He sort of gave a yelp and grabbed its horn.
It wasn't like he was really doing anything important on the automation, but falling off of a dragon is never fun. Agamemnon made some clicking noises, apparently something like a purr for him. Either way, he often made it when Kris came to visit. Jake figured it was something to do with the whole water thing....

"Weapons are going fine. There's nothing really test-worthy though, just the boring normal weapons." Jake answered, pulling himself back up to where he could sit comfortably again.

I sneak into the armory trying to plant evidence that I was here...

[Wes]

Wes waltzed into the armory with a stack of Greek books in her arms. "I knew I'd find you here," she announced to Kris and Jake. "Come on, guys, we have work to do." She slammed the books down on a desk, then pulled an unopened can of dew from her back pocket. She popped it open and sipped it while drumming her fingers ontop of the pile of books.

[GeneralArin]

"Work?" Jake asked, "Didn't you guys already stick me with enough extra work?"
Agamemon huffed. Jake hit it with the back of his knuckle, showing he didn't appreciate the assumed comment. Though the dragon was looking elsewhere. Jake looked.
"Link!" He shouted excitedly. He then pointed, obviously remembering something. "I need to talk to you!"

[Kristina]

Kris groaned from the mention of work. She disliked doing research and background reading. But she knew that if she wanted to go anywhere, she had to do it. She blew a kiss to Aggie to show him everything was okay and went to sit down beside Wes and the pile of books. "Ugh!!! I hate reading... on that note, are these in English or Ancient Greek?" she asked looking at Wes and hoping she would have at least one with ancient greek because those were fun and easier to read.

I jumped at the mention of me. "Oh, hi Jake. I wasn't sneaking in trying to plant evidence that I was here, because I was here all summer. Yep, that's right."

[Wes]

Wes kept an eye on Jake, making sure he wouldn't dash out and escape, though she was sure he wouldn't leave them alone with all his stuff. She turned the rest of her attention to Kris, "Most of these are Ancient Greek. This one is English, but I'm pretty sure it's just the same stuff but with less information." She took that one and discarded it to the side. She then pulled another to her and opened it up to a random page, "Ok, so, we're looking for 'sheild' or something, right?"

[GeneralArin]

"Yes, I was just about to ask Captain America." Jake said, frowning. "And I'm already stuck with enough work. Why must I read too?"
Agamemnon rumbled. It shook, purposefully disrupting Jake's position.
"Hey! Don't you side against me too!"

[Kristina]

"Yeah, let's do this..." Kris grabbed a book and opened to the first page, making sure she wouldn't miss any thing. That's when the thought struck. She looked up from the book and her eye twitched. "I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of 'shields' in these books..."

[Wes]

"Most likely," Wes stated plainly. She pulled up a pad of paper and a couple pencils. Tearing off a couple sheets and handing the rest off, she instructed, "Write down any shields you find with page numbers." She thought for a bit, then added, "Also look for anything that relates to protection, because you know these prophecies often have alternate meanings." She turned her head to Jake, "No one told you that you had to make stuff. There are many other Hephaestus kids here that could do that, but you volunteered."

[GeneralArin]

"There's too much work for me to just not do any of it." Jake said, frowning. He was leaning against Agamemnon's horn now, but didn't make much of a motion to come down and help browse through the books. He really didn't want to read...
"I don't suppose I can just look it up on Google."

[Estelle]

(( Um.. *hesitates* can I join? I just have an idea.))

(Sure, why not? I don't mind.)

[Estelle]

Estelle burst in, panting for breath. 'Jake!' she called. 'Are you available right now?' she had this idea.. one that would work if everything is good. For the incoming battle. An ally the opposite side would never think of.

[Kristina]

"Will do." Kris grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil. She began skimming the pages and marking down numbers and she found 'shield' and 'protection.' "I have already read through all of these... I don't like rereading stuff!"

[Wes]

Wes looked over to Estelle, "Of course he is - Jake's always available, poor kid couldn't get a girl if he made one! Oh wait, did you mean just to talk to? Then I don't know."
She sneered at her own bad joke, then turned back to the books. "This is the easy part, Kris, after this, we get to find out where all this stuff currently is and try to narrow down which one the enemy's going after." She jotted down some more page numbers and names, "It's too bad we don't have a spy for the Titan's Army, then we wouldn't have to do all this work."

[GeneralArin]

Jake glared at Wes's smart comment, though Agamemnon gave a light rumble. Jake rapped it with his knuckle.
"I guess I am." Jake said, turning to Estelle. "What's up?" Anything to keep from reading.

[Estelle]

'I need you to make something like a whistle that will have like a sound that will echo through the whole camp, or the woods at least.' Estelle said in one breath. 'I think I can ally the animals so they could fight. It would be an advantage of surprise.' she explained. 'I'm good at dealing with animals. I spend a lot of time with them, and they usually do what I want. I already asked some of the owls, and they're all willing to fight.' she finished, and gulped for some air. 'So do you think you can do it?' she asked nervously.

Kris kept reading and marking down pages. 'Shield' and 'protection' were very common words in the ancient greek world apparently. But it wasn't until her second book that Kris actually read a passage instead of just skimming it. Her face immediately became flush and she looked at Wes, trying not to laugh. "Um, Wes, you don't suppose this is the type of protection we are looking for, right?" She angled the book so Wes could read the passage.

((I am not actually going to say what is in the passage, so I will leave it to your imagination to figure out))

[Wes]

Wes jotted down some more notes, then turned to the book. It took her a couple moments to desipher it, then she reread that one line over and over, making sure she was reading it right, blushing more each time. "Da heck is that doing in there?" She was pretty sure that kind of 'protection' didn't exist back then. "Uhm, no. I honestly don't know why we would be racing for *that* type of protection. Put that one away." She bit her lip as she tried to shake the thought.

Ignoring his fellow senior campers, he just sort of stared at Estelle. "Rally the animals." He echoed, clearly doubting the sanity of this idea. He was silent for a moment. "Run that by me again?"
