Music at the lake

[Emily Hazel]

Emily arrived at the lake to play her guitar. She hadn't been playing it for a while because she like people to hear it. She looked around to see if people were around. When there weren't people, she sat down near the lake. She took her shoes off, and dipped her foot in the water. The water was neither cold nor hot. She took out her guitar, and checked the tunes. She started playing as she hummed.

Emily stopped playing guitar, and looked around once more. She didn't really like people around, but she felt lonely as well. She stood up, and walked around near the lake. She didn't have anything to do, so she jumped into the lake.But, she forgot that she wasn't wearing swimming suit. "Ah! Argh...I forgot about my clothes," Whispered Emily. "I will just stay like this for a while...The temperature of the water isn't too cold..I like it." Emily swam and floated around in the water.

leilani had been swimming at the lake when she heard somebody playing a guitar, when the music stopped abruptly she looked to see what had happened. She figured it must have been one of the Apollo kids. She saw a girl jump into the water and a guitar nearby on the shore. She swam to the girl before she had a chance to doubt her ability to become friends with her. "Hi"

Emily sensed someone near her, so she got up and looked at Kona. Emily didn't know what to say, and she was nervous. Emily raised her hand and waved. "H-Hi..." Emily whispered. She didn't know what to tell Kona.

(My charrie name is actually leilani also its makes it more realistic if u act like or charrie doesn't know mines name but you can rp how u want, I'm just giving advice.)

Leilani was surprised to see that this this girl was almost as nervous as she was. "I'm leilani, I'm a daughter of Demeter." Leilani nervously avoided eye contact as she spoke, imagining that the girl must be just humoring her and faking her nervousness.

When the girl introduced herself, Emily looked up and looked at her, but the girl was avoiding eye contact. She thought of introducing herself as well. Emily didn't have confidence, but she thought that she should try it. "Uh...H-Hi, I'm Emily Hazel..Daughter of Hydes..." Emily looked at the girl waiting for response.

[Kona]

Leilani realized the girl was legitimately nervous. A daughter of Hades nervous? That wasn't something you saw every day. "Um...hi...we both aren't very good at this obviously." Leilani said with a nervous laugh. It was true, but Leilani knew she wanted her and Emily to be friends. "So how long have you been here at camp?"

[Emily Hazel]

Emily hesitated at first by sudden question. "T-Two Years!" She blurted out. Emily looked at the girl who was looking at her. She knew that she was different from other Hades kids. "How 'bout you?" She asked.

[Kona]

"Three full years, but I'm not staying year round this summer" Leilani couldn't tell who was more nervous, her or Emily. "Where are you from...um...its OK if you don't wanna talk about it." This girl was probably thinking Leilani was annoying at this rate.

[Emily Hazel]

"oh...I'm going to stay here for a while..I don't really have place to go..." Emily smiled a little bit. This girl looked more nervous, but she was kind. Emily wanted to talk to her more, and she thought it was fun talking to people. "I don't belong to my family anymore.." Emily bit her lips.

[Kona]

"Oh...um im sorry, if you don't wanna talk more...um..." Leilani didn't know what to say, she wanted to be friends with this girl, but this was a child of one of the big 3 gods, if Leilani offended her, well she really hoped not to find out what would happen.

Emily walked up to Leilani. She just noticed that she was smiling now. Emily couldn't help, but to smile. "Hi Leilani. I want to be friends with you!" Said Emily. Emily wasn't nervous anymore because she knew that Leilani would be a nice friend, but she was nervous about getting accepted or rejected.

[Kona]

"Sure" Leilani said, happy to have made a friend, maybe she was worthy after all. Leilani smiled, maybe she wasn't perfect, but at least she felt like she wasn't as us less as her father said she was. She then saw the darkening sky, "we should probably get out, we still need to dry off, and curfew is in about two hours."

[Emily Hazel]

"Yeah..Let's go!" Emily smiled. She wish that she could smile more.

[Kona]

(Have u done the mandatory bead ceremony post? Its for the end of summer."

(Yea ui have, and its cool u got headed cabin BTW, I heard its pretty hard to get, I'm just a cabin leader, and that's jus because I'm the only Demeter kid)
