Storyline
the world was normal before. until the day that the walkers appeared. nobody knew why but suddenly zombies. if you get bit then you would die and turn into one. the only way to kill them was to destroy the brain. this RP takes place about three months after everything fell apart. And will follow one or two groups of survivors. though you can go off on your own temporarily.
Also the story takes place in georgia

this story isnt about the zombies though they tend to get involved from time to time. its about the group and the survivors. also the decisions you will be forced to make. this entire RPs story depends on the decisions your characters make.
rules

1. if you remain inactive and dont post for 7 days i will kill off your character. unless they are currently not involved in the story. i dont wanna be waiting a month to complete a supply run
2. if this happens dont panic i will allow to create a new character at any point when not fighting a herd of walkers.
3. no unrealistic weapons. we cant have ppl walking around carrying miniguns or driving tanks. and you cant just find ammo randomly on every zombie you kill.
4. My word is final no arguing.
5. i will initiate any attacks from zombies and act as NPCs like bandits or psychos
6. no referencing the show or games you cant know rick or Daryl. you also cant bring in any Cannon characters
7. no godmodding you are not a super hero...just an ordinary human
8. i will allow second characters
9. Aim for the head

age: 18
Appearance: blond hair. he is tall at about 6,3 he wears jeans and a tshirt usually but when going out he puts on his brown leather jacket.
Backstory: Axel grew up on the road. a runaway from foster homes. before his father died, he taught Axel how to bow hunt. Axel kept this skill up the entire time running from foster homes. mostly in order to feed himself. he is an expert tracker
Personality: Axel has a friendly personality unless you try to hurt somebody. then he is willing to do what has to be done. he is a good leader. and is willing to share his knowledge and skills with the group. however he is willing to kill to protect the group. he is also rather paranoid about new people after letting a new person into another group he was in proved to be a fatal mistake.
Skills: Archery. hunting. tracking.
prefered weapon: bow and arrow. also knows how to use a hunting knife for close up kills. he also carries a handgun in an ankle holster

Name: Excel Sanderson
age:20
Appearance: Excel has pale blond hair(almost white) and is a 5ft10' slender punk goes pop sorta guy. His most noticeable attribute are his eyes. Both vividly colored, the left one is solid green, and the right one is ice blue.
Backstory: Excel's childhood wasn't the typical childhood. His mother was schizophrenic, and his father was just as paranoid all on his own. Growing up with them, he'd been taught how to use a gun before he even got into highschool, but even more so he'd been taught how to survive on his own. For years his mum and dad ranted about an apocalypse, but never did Excel actually think they'd foresee a truth of any degree...he was sorely mistaken when the walkers began to invade their home town.
Skills: Excel is a skilled fighter, but he is fairly good at hunting and has adjusted well to the apocalypse with his survival training.
prefered weapon: Excel's preferred weapon is a pistol, but he keeps a hunting knife for a last resort weapon.
Personality: Excel is a very cut throat serious type of guy, but when somebody is upset or sad, he drops the tough guy act and cracks a joke to lighten up the mood. He's very untrusting of other humans, and often doesn't even trust his own group, but he's very loyal and wouldn't dare cross his group members. If you have his back, he has yours, even at the risk of losing his own life. He's the kind of guy that won't give up, even if the outcome of one person is 1% survival rate, he tries his best to ensure they live.
other:Excel has a weakness for children. Any walker that is a child he can't bring himself to kill...not even if its a hundred of them. He is incapable of harming children at any cost, dead or alive.

Axel parked the car in the street. not a walker in site right now. still that didnt necessarily mean they werent close. Axel was on a supply run. "well Excel...looks like we are in luck for once." Axel said as he got his gear. he took a quick inventory. checked his bowstring. then he looked at his ammo. 20 arrows, and a clip of 14 rounds for his pistol.

[Tine]

"Hey, don't go and put a jinx on us now Axel!" Excel said as he too began checking how much ammo he had. He checked his pockets to see that he'd still had 2 spare clips full of rounds for his .45 Colt Revolver, but he knew for sure that he'd only had a few more rounds left in the current clip. "I'm rather prepared as-is, but I'll take what I can get" he said sheepishly, pushing back the pale blond strands of hair that smothered his eyes.

Axel stopped as he saw a walker approach. "dont use your gun...the noise will draw more of them." Axel said as he reached for an arrow. the walker was still far enough to not pose a threat. it was just stumbling around till it saw them and then slowly started to approach with that slow rather uncordinated walk that all walkers moved with. Axel aimed his bow.

[Tine]

"Don't miss" Excel said as his hand steadily reached for the hunting knife that was sheathed on his waist. His heart was beating faster and faster as each second passed with the walker still standing.
"What are you waiting for Ax?" he said, getting nervous at the staggering walker.

[Axel The Bunny]

"your acting like he is directly in front of us" Axel said as the walker was about 30 feet away... he fired hitting the walker in the head. "honestly you should know by now...i would never miss that shot. so we raid this store up here." Axel said pointing to a grocery store that had obviously been abandoned. the group needed supplies. Axel peered into the dusty windows. "ok i see three walkers inside. one back on the far side."

[Tine]

Anxiously peered into the window. "I'm going to have to use my knife aren't I..." he said, scowling at his noisy firearm. "This should be fun..." Excel said, quietly following Ax's lead.

Axel opened the door. the first walker saw him. he drew his knife. and walked toward the Walker. the walker stumbled towards Axel. when the walker was directly infront of him it opened its mouth to try to bite him. and Axel plunged the knife into its skull. killing the walker. he just hoped that Excel was doing the same to the one in the aisle. the last one was in the far back. Ax would handle that one.

[Tine]

Excel was quietly stalking the abomination that swayed nonchalantly and misguidedly through the aisles. The smell of it was putrid...infact, the entire place reeked. His eyes couldn't help but notice the rotting, moldy, dusty products scattered on the ground and on the shelves. He gripped the hunting knife in his hand and edged closer to the walker. Just as he started to turn his focus to Excel, he dashed forward and dug the knife right into its neck, not letting loose until the entire head came off. As the dislodged head clunked onto the floor making a splat sound, he looked all around to make sure there wasn't any unexpected company. Once he cleared the area, he ventured forward, making mhis way to the back of the store

Ax saw excel decapitate the walker. though the head was still alive. growling in that strange sound walkers made. because the brain had been left intact. still it was rather harmless now. since the body was severed from the brain it was dead. the body had dropped to the ground. unfortunately it hadnt dropped quietly. it made a little noise. which had gotten the attention of the walker in the back of the store. the walker started moving towards the aisle. Ax snuck up one of the other Aisles that the walker had passed. he then plunged the knife into the back of the walkers skull. "well now...alot of this food is rotted. but the canned stuff should all still be good. as well as these.." Ax gestured to several boxes labeled MRE...which he knew meant Meals ready to eat. "enough food to keep the two of us going for months.wait do you hear that" Axel said as he heard the sound of a vehicle driving down the road by the small grocery store.

[Tine]

Excel froze in place, his left hand gripping the Hunting Knife and his right hand held on his Pistol. "What in the..." Excel wasn't sure what it was...but there was no doubt that it sounded like a vehicle. The first thing that came to mind was a bunch of walkers driving, which made him silently chuckle to himself...but then seriousness washed over him and he realized it was most likely(is it even in question) other living people. The noise came to an abrupt stop and then Excel turned to Ax. "Should we hide? It sounds like its more than just one or two people..."

((Sorry for the late reply, I was so exhausted after work yesterday that I basically came home and fell into a deep comatose sleep >_<))

"yea...we only came out here with just us cuz we dont have any more people. chances are these guys are in a group. they will probably notice our car...and we have some supplies still in there. but we also dont know if it would be a good idea to approach these guys. at least not without bigger weapons. its your call...we sneak away or we approach them" Axel now could see a little through the window. it looked like two cars. at least six people, these guys were probably a scavenger party for another group. Ax hoped he wouldnt have to get into a fight with these guys. they had shotguns and rifles. so Axel and excel were outnumbered and outgunned.

[Tine]

Thought it through for a moment or two, and then glanced at Ax. "I think we should lay low for a minute, perhaps sneak around and keep tabs on them. You never know what kind of person you'll meet out here...at this point, with the freshly killed walkers and our stuff out in that car, they'll know somebody is here...at least, any decent hunter would"

"got it you watch them from the ground. we both know im a better climber...so ill take the rooftops. jus watch your back...dont want the biters to get you while your focused on these guys." Axel said this as he made his way to the backdoor.
