Lily tried not to get choaked up. “Before i came here, i went to this..this... School. For ADHD students. I.. I had a friend there.”she started to choak up. “he... He was my only friend. The only one who understood me. He was a demigod, too.” there we go. The cilmax.... It was painful to talk about. Only her half sister knew about it. “i was good friends with him. Lily wiped away the tears and held onto it like Paul's life. “The day i came here... It was.. Just a normal moring. A sunny day in June. We were alone. In the musoc room”Lily wiped away the tears. “A monster. It attacked us. He... He defended me. And he died.... Because of me!” She yelled. And she went on crying and squeezing in the story. “He died... Killing it. Right after a satyr came. I yelled at it, because if he came sooner he would have lived. I took his body here. He always loved the sea. So i buried him at camp”ahe stammered out.

"That's... That's...." Whitney was speechless. he had no idea what to say.

Lily had never forgotten the look of desperation he had right before the monster had killed him. She looked at Whitney. He looked just like him. Was this... Her fate? She wondered as she stared into Whitney's eyes as she started to slip into a flashback. It was a happy memory. After school. A fw days before the accident. She had been staring into his eyes and he had been smiling warmly at her. She snapped back into reality and buried her head into her arms.

He looked at her, and realized she was cried, he offered her another tissue, and tried to think of a way to comfort her.

"Maybe one of the Hypnos kids could help with the flashbacks" he almost said, but stopped himself. She probably would want to keep her memory of Paul completely intact.

“No. No. It wouldn't” she whispered, in an almost inaudible sound. She unclaspedhe necklace and picked out a small ring on it. His token. She put it on her finger.

He almost started to tear up. That was... Incredibly saddening. It added a whole layer of knowledge about her to him. He gave her e hug, and wished her a good night, after realizing that it was time to be in bed, and he was worried about harpies.
