Out of Character Forum Rules

I never thought I'd have to put this up.
1) Watch your 'debates,' if you must have them. No put downs; if you think something might be offensive, don't say it. Don't make me break out the Bambi proverbs.
2) No mini-moding. Don't try and do our job. Nothing will be 'official' unless an admin posts it. That doesn't stop you from making blog posts, or asking others to rp, or asking questions and opening it up for other people to do the same. Just leave out any terms that make you sound like a moderator.
Admins, feel free to add as you see fit.
The more we have to monitor forums, the less time we have to work on dvelopments.

What's wrong with just putting a normal, generic title?

NO... anything with the word "Official" shall only be written by an admin.... unofficial official is still considered a version of official. so No.

This place used to be for just ads. It's astonishing to know that just an excess of users ca change the purpose of sth (even though it was meant to be for random talk) i guess it just went a bit too *overboard*

That's fine. When I say no official, i mean like no making "official topics" But including in a title like that is fine.

Location : In the usa but if i gave you more info i would have to kill you. that or i was support to give any one who knew where i lived and who i was a gift basket. i don't remember. Oh i I KNOW. wait i forgot again. I GOT IT BACK AGAIN. forgot. LOST FOUND LOST FOUND LOST FOUND(this may be awhile.) I also noticed i got the longest exscuse for why i am not giveing my location and the most stupid one as well. Do I get a REWARD? maybe a WORLD RECORD? yes? no? MAY BE SO?

Technically, being "insane spies" doesn't hinder the fact that they can use the internet. Though why they'd want to watch a site like this is beyond me...
Anyway, if you feel guilty, then all is forgiven. Just a slap on the wrists and a stern warning saying: "don't do it again." Other than that, it really doesn't matter who caused the rules, it only matters that you be careful to follow them. So unless you have anything important to comment on the OOC rules...
