Lily stared down at the pamplet in her hands quietly. She frowned as she inspected the thing for the hundredth time.
It seemed just like yesterday when her mom had sent her off to camp, with a quick 'You're a big girl now Lily' and a kiss between her eyes.
And now, was she regretting her choice?

She put her head in her hands and recalled the iris message with her mom.

Iris Message:

And here she was, gathering the courage to go out, and look for anyone who would be heading to the same school.
She hoped that if there were, they'd be close friends. If not,


she'd probably say the biggest lie of her life.


It probably didn't matter anyway. She'd end up in a padded cell before the school year came to an end.

Estelle walked into the Poseidon cabin. 'Lily? You there?'she called.

Jay was on her heels. He spotted Lily and grinned at her. 'Hey, Lil,' he said, waving.

"Oh,"
The sound escaped from her mouth faster than her mind. She shooked her head once and scanned the room, making sure to look normal enough. What was normal anyway, at camp?
"Yeah, come on in," the voice seemed shaky. She dragged a hand across her face and managed to smile at the otherwise happy pair.
