Brief history: For the first 11 years of his life, Conrad lived in a small apartment with his mother and stepfather. It was all they could afford with the jobs that his parents had, but Conrad was accustomed to this life as he has lived it since the day he was born. Of course, there are times when he he's sad because he can't get the latest technological devise, but he gets over them and moves on with his life. His life wasn't that happy then,though, because he was poor most of the kids at school would make fun of him for it, and would occasionally send him home crying. Then his life worsened, at the age of 11 his mom was killed in a car crash leaving him and his dad, who wasn't even his real dad. For the first few months after his mom's death, Conrad and his dad were an emotional wreck. After a few months,though, he decided that he needed to toughen up a little bit, so he took stuff from no person, usually ignoring them but at times getting into an all out brawl. At the age of 12, though, a group of harpies invaded his home, forcing him to leave it. His father drove him to the camp, and told him that Chiron would tell him everything. So he did, and had a great many adventures with the friends he made.

Physical appearance: Conrad has green eyes, and brown hair. He is the height of most children his age. He wears a camphalfblood T-shirt and regular jeans. When he isn't wearing a camp haldblood shirt he will wear a plain white t-shirt. He also might wear green camo pants on ocasion. He looks wimpy but is pretty strong. He looks like he's been in to many fights.

personality:  Conrad is a pretty happy camper most of the time. Atleast now he is, before he was rather depresed because he was still getting used to the fact that his whole family was gone and that he would probably never be able to see him again. but yeah, he enjoys his life and friends and the fact that he's not already in the underworld, killed by some monster.

Brave. Since arriving at camp Conrad has made a lot of friends, and done some really fun things, he has become much braver because of that, staring death in the face and laughing at how petty it looks. Maybe not that extreme, but he's become much braver than he was before he arrived at camp halfblood.

Friendly. Also, because of the friendships he made, Conrad has become much friendlier than before when he was antisocial as can get.

Ftal flaw: He is too determined. He'll go through any length to get what he whants even if it causes death {which hopefully it won't lol}. One other one {i know this isn't really personality so i'll change it if you whant}. Whenever something reminds him about his mom he gets really sad and dosen't feel like doing something he's told. He just spaces out and has a flashback in his head about parts of the 4 years he spent whith his mom. This is becouse he was left alone when his mom died and was sent to an orphanage where every day he was made fun of
Talents: Exelent with weapons that have a good reach with them (I.E. bow and arrows and spear)
weapons: a spear,a sword,a sheild, and a bow and quiver.
other: afraid of spiders, and has a weird addiction to kingdom hearts..... He just likes the games :p

Well. This is very short.

I'll stick with the larger issues that I see:
First is your personality. It's rather vague, and some parts are worded oddly. Maybe expand on what you mean by "He gets into trouble alot but knows when to stop." And right now all you have is "Loyal, Trouble-makerish determinator." Maybe round out the personality a bit.
Then the fatal flaw, while certainly fatal and belongs somewhere on the sheet, isn't really a personality issue. That flaw doesn't rely on whether you're an excitable person or a stoic: it's just a condition. Maybe while working on your personality you'll find something that would get him into trouble.

And for your weapons... where exactly do you put the spear when you're "Usually using the dagger"? Unless you're just proficient with a spear and dagger.

ok thanks for the advise. I tryed making it longer and adding on some different stuff for the fatal flaw section and the personality one,

Again, Fatal Flaw is just a personality related issue, so fear of spiders would go elsewhere, probably under "Other", but the rest looks alright.

And by the way, wouldn't a Hypnos kid be constantly sleeping? That would be seriously hard to roleplay with. Try referring to that guy in the Lost Hero. He was always sleeping.

his narcolepsy keeps him asleep most of the time but he can walk around and do normal things untill like 7:00 and then he just falls asleep lol

Well, it's been a while since I last posted. Nearly a week, so since the admin haven't commented, I'll go ahead and call this approved.

Narcolepsy is fine. I know someone in real life who has that. It didn't affect them from interacting much, they just fell asleep when they weren't engaged. (Namely in class and standardized tests....)

But every part of your character still acts like a Hypnos child... She was mainly concerned about the sleeping all the time.
