Doesn't your character have brown hair? I can look for a more accurate portrayer of you like (I have this weird gift for finding good ones). Or I can just change the hair and eye color of the one you have.

Ok change it. Dark brown hair. And two diffrent coloured eyes, (please dont make them hugely diffrent! I have the same eyes as gusty) one is brown and one is like a seweed green/grey

Lawl, nah, the point of Photoshop is manipulating things to look realistic. xP It's pretty easy, though can be harder depending on the picture. I'll give it a go. The picture you have is rather low resolution, so do you mind if I find a better one of the same girl? It would be hard to do any kind of Photoshop work on her at all and make it look good.

Well, the second one is much too long, so unless you want to shorten it to something like "Just As the Winds Change, So Do People". Otherwise, I'd stick with the first one.

How do i make it my signiture?

Go to "Profile" in the top menu right under the logo, then under the navigation, there should be a small tab for "Signature". (Third one, between Preferences and Avatar), then add it like you would add a photo to your post. 

(There's a square icon with a floppy disk icon on the corner in the menu above the text box, it should read "Host an image", and then you can post pictures from your computer. It'll give you an image code, and then just paste that into your thing.)
(... I'd copy the code for your specific thing, but it just shows the image when I try. But it isn't too hard. I'll help you if you have trouble.)
