looking for jake

Fred approached the armoury.
she didn't feel as sick as she did the last time she was here Enyo's presence wasn't in her any more. so she felt normal now.
she had a idea but she had to run it past Jake first.
she ran a list through her head of the things she would need.

(I'm assuming that this topic is after the current Agamemnon Arc.)

Agamemnon raised its head and shifted its paws as Fred approached. It watched her suspiciously, since she was still uncatalogued in his friendly-enemy register. Jake was messing with his iPod, checking up on the automation's diagnostics. He wanted to keep a close eye on the dragon in these crucial first days of its life and last days of Jake's winter break. Jake looked up when he saw its alertness suddenly peak. He saw Fred approaching but looked back to the iPod, more interested in Agamemnon's reactions.

(ooc yeah. i wad a flash of inspiration.)

Fred approached Jake." don't worry Enyo's gone fae ma heed.
kin i ask yeh something? whit de yeh know aboot world war two military vehicles?" she asked.
" yeh see ive got this volkswagen kubelwagen." she added

" i was thinking of fixing it up. naw that im asking you to fix it or anything. ah just need space and some tools. naw that im a geese monkey or anything......" she felt awkward. after all the images in the past she couldn't help feel awkward.
" .look im sorry fer all the things Enyo made me think." she pointed out.

He finally looked up when he was being addressed directly. Agamemnon still eyed her, but stayed where it was. Jake didn't have a clue what an 'Enyo' was, but he chose to ignore it.
"Well-" He started, but she kept going on. He waited. When she finally finished Jake said:
"Well, I'm sure it's not to difficult to figure out. I mean- its World War Two tech." Those were mostly simple and mechanical to begin with, and being a Hephaestus kid. He didn't know what exactly a Kugle-Wagon was, but it wasn't like it mattered. "So, any specific reason you own a tank?"

" well its cool isn't it?" she joked it was nice not thinking of death foe a while.
" naw i did a wee bit of picking on my way tae the camp i came doon threw Canada. found it in a barn. bought it fer $1000. it took a wee while te get running. the thing works but steel rusts. yeh know all that stuff." she felt like an idiot.
"its just... well your the head of the Hephestus cabin and all."

"Like I said, if its a World War thing, it'll be simple to figure out." Jake said, momentarily turning his attention back to the iPod to check up on Agamemnon's status.
"I'm nearly done testing this guy out, so I should have time."
