Umbreon actually isn't that bad, except that it isn't meant to be an all-out attacker. Umbreon is meant to be a strategic Pokemon, which its move-set reflects. Its defensive stats are amazing. Although, like you said, it's move-pool is on the shallow side. The only real way you can do damage with Umbreon is if you did enough work to breed an Eevee with Curse on it, and teach it Payback via TM. That way, you won't have to worry about the speed loss from Curse. And if you can't breed one, it's good with causing flinch hax (like mine Wink

). Flareon, on the other hand... well, we'll save that for my next rant. Although, my favorite Eevee-lution is Glaceon.

And FYI, it DOES learn Dark Pulse. Again, via TM.

If i need more defense based pokemon on my team I'd be fine. The thing is I have pokemon who are extremely well-rounded with both attack and deffense and Umbreon just can't kee up with them, and I also have pokemon with higher attacks that moves much faster. Mys trategy in pokemon is to KO within one or two hits and it just cant do that.

Response to FYI: Please tell this to my Umbreon for it refuses said TM

I don't know what to tell you. Maybe your Umbreon hates you as much as you hate it.

And stick with Feraligater. I don't think either eevee-loutions would suit you.

All of mine are dark type, and I beat the whole games with them. I don't like the emo thing, I just like because their neat. I just like the way most of them look, that's the only reason I catch pokemon, their looks. I feel the need to put my pokemon team...

Pff, I could slaughter you. All of mine are level hundred, and my honchkrow is SHINAY! That makes it more amazing and wonderful. I got them level hundred because my game glitched. XD, I traded for the first time and it got rid of all my pokemon, and the pokemon people found out somehow, because I connect again and I get every pokemon in the game at level 70. XD! I found my honchkrow in the safari zone, so he is not a cheat.
