No. they weren't gods. You may think they were but according to Edith Hamilton, the go to person on all greek mythology, furies are spirits.
And I don't understand that second part. it doesn't quite make sense.

Oops sorry really can't trust Wikipedia. Well he was worshipped as a god in later greek times as a death-rebirth-life god but in earlier stories he wasn't worshipped as a god so it could go either way I'd just look at the gods list or wait for an admin to say yes or no.

That all depends. Normally this is the kind of question that would be brought up in an actual app (since you need to fill out one of those and have it approved to RP here), but I'll answer it since it's here. We've had quite a few people ask for Hades, and normally our quota is about 2, 3 if we're being generous--however, none of those people have been at all active. So, if you app is up to par enough to be for a Big Three character, you might be able to.
