Brief History: Render was just an ordinary boy who'd lived with his mother, went to school, had normal friends and a normal life until one night he came home to his mother barely alive lying on the floor, and the intruder standing before him. His mind was in a million places at once, but as he stood in the doorway still unnoticed, he heard what he thought was his mothers voice whisper Run Render! Go far away from this place, and don't look back!! even though her lips hadn't moved. He wanted to stay. He wanted to help her...but the look on her face terrified him, and even more so the knife in the intruders hand scared him even more. He ran as far away as he could, but with nowhere left to go, he ended up alone and homeless. It was then that his gifts began to show themselves, and he started hearing what people were thinking. He was lost and confused, and overwhelmed by everything that was happening...but then he met a person who's thoughts spoke of a place known as a Half-Blood Camp. Intrigued by this stranger, Render followed them, and ended up stumbling upon a place where he felt like he wasn't alone.
Physical Appearance: Render is about 6ft tall, and slender build with red tinted shaggy black hair that almost always hides his eyes completely. He has his ears pierced all the way up and mostly wears dark colors. His skin is very fair(some might say paper pale) which is even more so exaggerated when he wears all black. His face is fairly slender, he has a slightly squared chin. His eyes are a very vivid light brown(Honey Gold) and he's the kind of guy that often wear's eye liner(who cares what people think!) He has birthmarks that almost look like tiger stripes on the sides of his cheek on each side. He often wears a lot of rings, bracelets, and jewelry. His preferred choice of shoes are high top converse.
Personality: Render often comes off as shy and dismal, but once he gets comfortable with someone(which doesn't take very long) he's very energetic and sociable. He's easily influenced by atmospheric moods, and often confuses other people's emotions for his own. He's a very truthful, straight forward person and often comes off blunt when he expresses himself. He's a generally friendly person, but when he is mad he can be downright wicked and hurtful! He doesn't get irritated easily, but even when he does, he mostly retains those emotions and tries to smile anyways. When it comes to caring, Render is a very compassionate guy, and more often then not he feels the need to reassure himself more then others when someone is upset(for instance, prying at them to talk to him, or let him know what's going on).
Fatal Flaw: Ambiguity. Render was raised to be a very truthful person, so lies and trickery are sort of a foreign term to him. He understands what lying is, and given his abilities he is more than capable of noticing if somebody is lying...but he likes to give everyone the utmost of the benefit of doubt. Even when his mind is screaming "they're lying" his heart tells him that they could be telling the truth. He is very easy to lie to or confuse. He is overly trusting.
Talents: Render is very talented at drawing and painting...his ability to create often branches off into idea's or perspectives, making him well trained at thinking outside of the box. He's very accurate and very fast when it comes to movements. He's very acrobatic(Gymnastics as a kid/preteen). He's good at calming people down or changing their mood.
Weapons: A Rose buckled belt that turns into a venomous vine whip when the Rose buckle is removed. The venom on the thorns of the whip cause slight paralysis and disorientation
Other: Render is very empathic, and can easily pick up on a persons emotions(and brief thoughts, given he is by them). Can see the history of things when he touches them in forms of fast moving pictures

My only comment is that you're a bit old for a brand new demigod. Maybe age them down a bit.
